Great idea! What I do is I play footbag and also do footbag moves with the soccer ball, which I think soccer players do for fun and coordination anyway. But didn't even think of doing it for isometric static-active flexibility holds! But it makes sense, sometimes you land a hold with a footbag so why not a soccer ball just because it's bigger and it rolls? Bigger challenge!
