you really need to use clean oil and a cleaner vessel. i am an indian and have not once made food in such pathetic looking vessels. cleaner vessels help your content in them heat up faster and saves a lot of time

IF you think that oil is dirty, ask to look at your local McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, or any fast food places oil. Not to say they aren't good eats, but you should see it. You can tell her kitchen is quite often used. Moreover you can't really tell when certain things are done when cooked in oil unless you were to maintain a constant temperature and take control of many variables in the cooking and prep of the banana's, this is where a cook's discretion is needed. Good instruction.

Also the stove needs to be cleaned, along with the pan. At 0:35 using "I guess its ready" is not a great way to teach how to cook. Give proper timing or coloring.
