This is Wasted Time Reprise. It came after Wasted Time and before Victim of Love in the original album sequence. Just curious how it ended up in this sequence here?

The Wasted Time string interlude always tugs at my strings when I hear it. On the original 8 track cartridge, they have this twice. Once at the end of Program 2 after Wasted Time and again at start of Program 3.
@tubatag Oh yes. When I got the 8 track in 1981 (as a 5 year old) I was moved by the string version of "Wasted Time". Now this classic album is 35 years old, it doesn't sound dated at all.

My ex wife left me and my son 10 yrs ago (for my best friend). Havent been nor will ever be in a relationship with a woman again! I now focus on my relationship with my son. I know someday she will regret the time she has wasted not being in his life.

@SupaTROopa2 I find that annoying, too. When they say "BECAUSE IM SMART AND NO ITS THE BESTESTS MUSIC EVER", they're singling this kind of music out and comparing it to others. When I said "because they're classic and I was raised right," it was, although not an obvious implication, my way of saying I was raised to appreciate the classics AS WELL as what's coming out nowadays. I don't compare, I just appreciate good music when I hear it.
