This doesn't teach you technique, in my opinion this forms bad habits. You're jumping over the line and not even taking your time on the shot, with a freethrow you're supposed to SLOW down. This might work better for somewhere else to shoot, just not the freethrow.

The way that I do this drill. I will make 10 in a row, if I miss one, I start over. GREAT drill.
