  • for some reason its sounds as though they just don't want you to carry cash cause god forbid you patronize an actual local foreign business instead of handing all your money to the credit card companies

  • These kind of vids make me hate everything about this world.

  • Stalin would be proud!

  • The IQ of these people is through the floor.

  • Are TSA agents sworn?

  • this audio is priceless,, it is nazi fascism.. all gang ing up one one guy,, with money that could accompany him to a casino,, he does not have to answer anything. it is legal MONEY,, because it exists does not mean it is illegal.

  • This is what police sound like when they don't have a camera in their face.... legalize recording of public officials or we are headed for a police state... There is no requirement to carry documentation for money under $10k. Possession of money is not a crime or reasonably suspicion that a crime has been committed. They had no legal reason to detain or threaten you with DEA action. What a joke.

  • the purpose of these acts of police state attitudes are against the law and they are steadily increasing everytime we have encounters with these stud-muffins for one reason only. to gradually get us to accept the premise that they can do whatever they want, regardless of our rights under the law, and if we don't accept it they will further break the law to punish us. they know as we know that nothing will ever happen to them back at the station house. we are reaching the tipping point.....

  • "it makes me wonder". listen up you dumb fat fool tsa twat. what you wonder about is not in any way related to the passengers responsibilty to answer your questions unless his behavior is directly related to the breaking of a law. just because you are not aware of your responsiblities under the law, as many cops aren't today, does not change that reality. they do this because they are not enforcing the law, but instead are enforcing department policies.

  • He had to make a big deal out of his money. He could have to just played it off.

  • @onenutmonkey234 bah-hah-hah-hah!

  • @antimasonification Mwahahahaha

  • Boy, they sure are ignorant. Any half assed cop can call in and ask penal codes if he doesn't know the answer. This is the problem when you advertise for free jobs on local pop radio stations. All you're going to hire are a bunch of ignorant thugs.

  • These people should have been FIRED immeidately

    .

  • 4700.00 is not very much money when you are traveling to another city. You can go through that in a week if you're staying in a hotel and eating in resturants. This is fucking stupid

  • Unfortunately, this is all too common place

The question of if America, the land of the"free",is becoming a police state, has already been answered

The Gestapo now go by the name of "Homeland Security"

    It IS 1984

I believe our founding fathers would be ashamed of where we have taken this country

I mean come on.A man, whos only offense is carrying around some cash, asks for information about the very laws they claim to be interrogating him over,& they find him suspicious?

    I find THEM suspicious!

  • It's telling how they never answer yes or no that he's required to answer the question

  • Pro trolling the rent-a-cops

  • nothing but anger and avoidance from both the black TSA officer and the police officer, this man has the right of privacy, this is delicious and not the first time this has happened. If people cant see whats going on by now, not only are they stupid they are glad to live under it. Its time to give america's government a pat down, imo.

  • this is pure gold

  • axe him again

  • wtf! this is insane. everyone in america, stop buying plane, train, and bus tickets. how can anyone pay to be treated like this! it's crazy. if everyone refused to use these services then the companies would lose massive profits, then and only then will you see this come to a holt. but to continue to pay to travel when this is what you are subjected to is crazy. protest by not paying to be treated like a terrorist. it was less than 5 grand it was legal

  • Since when is it illegal to fly with cash on you?

  • That third interrogator tricked him into cooperating by being nice and asking him a sensible question.

  • Knowing that the courts all over the world are criminal enterprizes for exploitation of the dim.Knowing that the leaders are complete S-bags in service to evil and stupid for personal gain.

Knowing that the plan is subjugation and the communistic outlawing of all humanity.Knowing that your children are experimental playgrounds for bad medicines and psychological manipulation via media and indoctrination.I think you obey the stupid because you are afraid not because its right. Now everybody lie.

  • "What's 'Campaign for Liberty?' "

    AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!!!

  • herp derp imma carrying a gun i gotz authority AND my IQ is smaller than yours.........i win.

  • I Love the Negro that is going to help him "unna-stan" lol

  • @jonesey5168 No need for shorwing up racial bigotry. TWO WRONGS DOESN'T MAKE ONE GOOD

  • Aren't they bored with this guy? I think they should go stand closer to the x-ray machines. They deserve it.

  • well AMerica you let i happen, you just sleep while they have an agenda both parties work for the NWO. It is none of there buniess. 4000 dollars the wall street bankster raped America of billion and you dont see anyone probing them it is called JUST_US.

Welcome to what Jesse Ventura said the new police state of AMerica. wait to you see what there trying to pass now. S1867 in the NDAA Bill

he should of said none of its your business where is the law Im not allowed to carry money. America wake up

  • If you're a banker and you had a million dollar bonus in your account that you were awarded for breaking the law and screwing over thousands of investors you wouldn't have any problem at the airport or anywhere else.

  • If they found a gun or illegal drugs on you would they be asking you if they were your drugs? Hell no they wouldn't, they would automatically assume that because they were in your possession that they were yours. So exactly why didn't they use the same logic? Dumbasses.

  • @BloodTar Because dumbass it isn't against the law to have $4,000 in your possession. This is plain and simple fascist bullshit.

  • @aubreyfarmer

I was responding to the way the dumbass TSA agents that kept asking if the money was his and the fact that I would have asked the TSA agents..."well let me see Mr TSA, it's in baggage with my name on it, hmmm, whose money do you think it is, Mr TSA?". Now do understand why I posted what I did? Or is you one of those dumbasses that cruise youtube looking for someone to call a "dumbass". You need to grow up, wake up and actually read and analyze a post before commenting on it.

  • There's always an obsequious steppin' fetchit chiming in..."We gonna help ya understand...!" Fiucking power tripping vermin POS....

  • It's non of there fucking business!

  • Comment removed

  • At 5.43 he says, "he doesnt get law." the cop then says, "we gonna help you understand it if you dont.........dont these guys remember the 60.s firehosed and dogs? so funny

  • ha! that guy keeps saying doublespeak! those first two guys are complete idiots!

  • @craverynightmare: Spoken like the spineless sheep that you are.

Rights not asserted are rights soon lost. Grow a pair.

  • The guy should have just answered the stupid question. He's 25, he should act his age.

  • the guy being detained works for campaign for liberty Ron Paul :-)

  • Did you steal this money? what a stupid question.

  • The $4700's origin doesn't legally require disclosure in this situation.

  • are these your clothes you have on lol

  • This sounds like old Germany back in the days of the Nazis

  • The sad thing is, he is required by law to answer if he wants to go through the checkpoint. All they had to do is say yes, and it would have been ok unless he resisted after that. They are freaking fools, and on top of that once he did say what its for they didn't verify it. If they want to stop smugglers and such fine but either don't be half assed about it, or stop harassing law abiding Americans.

  • @JWA8402 said: "he is required by law to answer if he wants to go through the checkpoint."

I do not believe this is true. On what facts do you base this comment of yours?

  • @Pafoofnik1 Well because its an airport and his choice to get on the plane. Its their plane so if he wants to get on he has to answer their questions. And its not like they asked anything super personal. He admitted it wasn't his money, so why wouldn't they be suspicious? It was wrong of them to not simply answer but this type of game is stupid.

  • @JWA8402 said: "Its their plane so if he wants to get on he has to answer their questions"

Oh, so it's not a fact, but more like your opinion.

I have never seen a requirement for this person to explain to a TSA why he is carrying money. The TSA simply cannot refuse him access to the sterile area of an airport just because he is carrying money.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Ok, yes its my opinion in the sense I can't quote the law on it, but its also common sense. Now out of genuine curiosity, I'm curious where its written they have to allow anyone into their airport. Last time I checked airlines are a business and able to refuse service to anyone. If this is not the case I'd love to hear it because I hate TSA as much as the next person but I don't like the idea of people walking through with random money that is not theirs.

  • @JWA8402 said: "Ok, yes its my opinion..."

So why did you say "he is required by law to answer" if you didn't know such a law actually exists?

Now you say: "I don't like the idea of people walking through with random money that is not theirs."

That's OK if you don't like it as long as you understand that your dislike of something doesn't affect me in the least.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I love how you ignored the relevant parts of my comment, quoted what was convenient to you, and ignored my question entirely. I didn't recend my belief of what the law is, just that I couldn't quote it to you or give you a link at the moment.

  • @JWA8402: I didn't ignore them, I chose not to address them. I'll be happy top discuss the rest of your comments just as soon as we are through with the current subject.

So you still assert that there is a law that requires me to answer questions at this checkpoint, but have not provided any proof? Well, without proof, I am quite content with saying that you are not telling the truth.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Bah, my questions were posed on the potential that I am wrong, and that I would like to know if I am. The easiest way to do that would be to show me proof, just as you asked of me. Until then we are both blowing smoke. If they don't have to allow someone in, then once they do those people are subject to their rules; thats true of any business I've been in. I'm trying to find some proof right now because I may well be wrong.

  • @JWA8402: OK. So you won't be providing proof that "he is required by law to answer if he wants to go through the checkpoint."

I'll be happy to discuss your other comments just as soon as we are done with the current subject.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Ok, I've spent enough time on this so I give up. The closest thing I found is a court case saying that you have to cooperate with searches since airports are 'highly regulated industries'. United States v. Aukai is interesting to read, but doesn't directly address the issues here. I was not making the money thing up but was confused with the law; it is apparently over 10k going internationally that trips alarms. So yes, everything I said is just my opinion. Happy?

  • @JWA8402: Fair enough. Just trying to keep the truth going.

  • Very Godfather like.

  • I love how hes giving them a hard time for giving him a hard time. They should be able to tell him if its required by law to answer the questions or not.

  • This is all because 9/11, we're all terrorists now and treated like scum by cock suckers of the TSA NAZI Stormtroopers.

If they don't allow cash on planes, how about just carrying gold? Oh, gold is illegal now too, so what, nothing for the slaves, can't buy, can't sell, can't carry cash without gestapo law enforcement.

    ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

  • I look at it this way, if the detainee had answered the question about the money in question, they would have detained him longer until they verified what his answer may have been ... so he invoked his 4th Amendment - and rightfully so.

  • I do not respect a piece of shit police are nothing but a piece of shit with a badge on. They do not respect the public, that pays their salary why the hell should we respect those son of bitches. All they do is go around hitting young girls for sex. Every time raid a house they steal everything they can get out of it. That's how they live in nice homes. They're in the drug business in prostitution and in gun sales a neighbor mine is a deputy sheriff, he lived very well on a low salary

  • we gonna have u understand it if u don't " hahahahahah love redneck cops

if it was me i just answer some random shit don't want to loose my plane over some idiot

  • For real though, the guys is a hero but he should have asked "HOW DOES THE MONEY I HAVE EFFECT FLYING SECURITY?"

  • @snowonweb i agree wtf does that have to do with security?

  • @alinsatx maybe he was gonna bribe the pilot to fly into a building. LOL

  • @snowonweb whata joke ! what im hearing is they can stop criminals ! that is not what they are supposed to do they are not law enforcement ! their role is air safety ONLY! whats next, you have an outstanding traffic ticket your not allowed to fly ?

  • @alinsatx You nailed it. If you have outstanding warrant, might as well be a ticket, you won't be allowed to fly.

  • @snowonweb i would argue that. thats not what the agency was created for. ill double ck but i think they were taken to task on this and lost in a court. im not sure of the details. i do know that the US Constitution allows freedom to travel and not require an ID. i think that was the issue on that case. the court ruled that an ID can not be required if you refuse. your boarding pass has your name and thats all they need to know, unless there is a probable cause regarding safety

  • Comment removed

  • @snowonweb: Strange that. I wonder exactly how a person with an outstanding warrant affects the safety of a plane.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Ever heard that USA has overcrowded jails and most jailed people in any country. It's because every criminal, petit or not, even the ones with upaid speeding tickets are considered to be a dangerment to society and are considered to snap and go crazy any minute.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Ever heard that USA has overcrowded jails and most jailed people in any country. It's because every criminal, petit or not, even the ones with upaid speeding tickets are considered to be a dangerment to society and are considered to snap and go crazy any minute. I still can't get over that a person with criminal record can't vote. Tha't why penalties in USA never get softer but only stiffer. I have read somewhere it has to do with women movement.

  • @snowonwebl: LOL. "But it's for the children". Yea, that's it.

  • @snowonweb ~lol, the money is a money bomb and might blow up!!!

  • This Man is a PURE ASSHOLE.. All he needs to say is He's going to purchase a Car .. He restores cars or a Hot Rod type car like car parts or something but he's going thru that because He doesn't know how to play the game ...period

  • @TheRoguelement

There is NO reason why ANY American should have to lie to try and stop being harrassed by the police. He wasnt doing anything wrong, only asking in a very polite way to be treated with the rights he is suppose to be afforded as an American citizen.

  • This crap was started by the ruling elite that take their orders from the banking cartels. The BANKS don't want you to have cash. The BANKS want you to use checks and credit cards. They LOVE the fees on checking and LOVE the interest obtained by using credit cards. THEREFORE, the federal government makes cash illegal. Lovely country we now live in. Fuck continuing to talk to these assholes. Exercise your 5th amendment and just stop talking. Fuck these goons.

  • Comment removed

  • @libertariandeist ...wow... seriously? everything is the bank's fault? this has absolutely nothing to do with banking cartels, I think the reasonthe cash is an issue is a "war on drugs" issue. To blame every single dispute between authorotative entities such as police or TSA and citizens on banks is pure ignorance. I am no fan of the ruling elite or the banks or any of the evils that control America, but not everything is a conspiracy.

  • @FALLINGLINE - "war on drugs" isn't a valid excuse to make transporting the legal tender of the country an illegal or questionable act. Nor should it be one that you must "answer" to for carrying to a TSA agent. Since you used the "war on drugs" as an excuse to harass a citizen for transporting cash, you should do a little reading up on how the banking system has gotten their hands deep in the cookie jar on both sides of the so-called "war". Yea, it is a conspiracy by the banking elite.

  • @libertariandeist Also, if you want to cite the amendments perhaps you should read the consititution. The fifth amendment was set in place to keep people from incriminating themselves. If this man were placed under arrest he would then have a choice to plead the fifth amendment.

  • @FALLINGLINE - Perhaps you should read up on case law, which further defines the scope of the 5th amendment. 5th amendment protections apply to any government questioning unless subpoenaed.

  • @FALLINGLINE - I feel really sorry for you if you think the only time you have 5th amendment protections is when you're under arrest...

  • @libertariandeist now, that is not really the issue here.

  • The TSA/police are the ones in the wrong. I am a former TSA agent and that is not what we were hired for, that is some guy who in his own mine thinks he has absolute power in the airport. The police were wrong because they backed the wrong pony! TSA was created to make air travel safe, this is not what they were hired to do.

  • @doulosink We have the Patriot Act to thank for this. Did you quit your job as a TSA agent because of the crap going on at the airports? By the way, you don't have to answer my question. LOL

  • Is it now against the law to have actual cash in America? Double cheers to this guy, and to the employees attempting to turn the state into outright tyranny, may they all rot in a cell of their making.

  • I didn't know cash was a security threat to airline passengers. is he flying to afghanistan to give the cash to the taliban ?

  • No he's not, he's stupid, and wanted to make trouble just for troubles sake. Instead of saying "I dunno dah law" over and over he should have stated that he felt as if his rights were being violated and asked what cause they had for asking him questions about the money. They actually anwsered him several times and he chose to not to hear them. All in all they were all kinda stupid about it.

  • @crazycoonass666 They never answered him, he asked if they knew the law, they said yes, he asked them to tell him, they would not, they simply questioned him illegally again. 666 eh, you must love a police state.

  • are those clothes u have on urs? lmfao

  • why wont the cops just answer the question???

  • @DecendKnightsofmalta they did. What part of, "You have a suspicious amount of money on you." The key word being "suspicious." as soon as they said that he was fucked. In this day of "E" money, casually traveling with that much (untraceable) cash on hand is a rare thing.

  • @crazycoonass666:'Suspicious' that he was disobeying exactly what law? Be specific.

It's not against the law to have money.

  • @DecendKnightsofmalta Because protocols are now set to teach Americans to be meek sheep. Obamas left hand man, Brzezinski, loves how China is ruled, admires their police state, has said so openly. They are teaching Americans to be frightened week sheep in the face of authority.

  • Good job

  • The TSA is just jealous because they dont make 4k in 6 months wages, so to them its alot of money, lmao fuk them, its none of there business where the 4k came from.

  • Lol hahaha. Relentless.

  • Ok, ya I understand he's not legally obligated to answer their questions. This thing was annoying me, he didn't want to answer to the TSA and the TSA couldn't or didnt understand his question either. Wow, k, I'm done wasting my time on this....on to Epic Mealtime LOL

  • @trixiesaysmeow LOL wow, you're one of those that posts your immaturity on the comment section. So....I'm waiting.....what are you going to post now @ me....LOL

  • u dont have to prove to anyone why you have money... these assholes are something else...

  • For him to be insistant about "if he's required by law" then he's obviously hiding something, and if he says he's doing it to say he's "making a point" , he's being a smart ass. Simple questions = simple answers.

  • @torgano78 said "then he's obviously hiding something"

Only obvious to you I think.

Exactly what did the person do that was illegal?

  • @torgano78 You're a fucking moron. He doesn't have to answer those questions if he doesn't want to. Just because he doesn't feel like giving into TSA bullies doesn't mean he has anything to hide. So sorry to hear you handed in your balls at the door. You'll never get them back. Hope you like being a voluntary prisoner. Go die in a fire already. You're useless.

  • This guy is just being a smart ass

  • He's trying to prove a point. He doesnt have to answer their questions so he doesnt, its that simple. I couldnt just walk up to him and ask him about his personal buisness and money cause its none of my buisness, and even though he couldve made this ordeal much easier by answering he didnt want to unless it was necesary. It goes above their heads. They just expect everyone to cower to them.Kudos to guy.

  • 4,700 aint even that much. i mean its a good chunk of change.but they are acting like its half a million.

  • i'm disgusted with my nation and my fellow citizens that tolerate this behavior from these tyrants

  • Lol Trolling child molesters I LOVE IT :D

  • "You're acting like a child"... is that guard fucking crazy?!? Asking whether you have to answer a question that was asked for ulterior motives is constitutional. You don't have to answer any of their questions, there is no law, and it's not childish to exercise your rights.

  • one 4700 dollars is not a lot of money

    WTF?

they are treating him like a criminal for having a desend bankroll of money.

Seems like the powers to be do not want you to carry cold hard cash or carry precious metals

and after listening to this,...yes I agree why the fuck are you in St Louis. In St Louis they will treat you like a criminal for carrying less then 5000 dollars.

  • Are you fucking kidding me?!?!?!?! After they illegally search this guys possessions, grab at his nut sack and/or send him through an oversized microwave, they failed to find a fucking note that said the money was for a fucking campaign!!!??!?! And detained him JUST because the guy is carrying around $4700 in cash? Fucking NAZIs. Inept ones at that.

  • Aw hell. As soon as he said he works for Ron Paul they both should have known they were fucked. This man knows his rights. He probably got put up to go through this airport with that much cash and a recorder to expose these Nazi fucks.

  • DUMB ASS COP...DUMB ASS TSA..Well done m8 for standing up for your rights..Any of them pussies try that on the street would get struck down in a second.

  • They are not ignorant of the law they know that they have no legal right to answer it. That's why they keep dodging it. They are fishing because if he admits something wrong without them saying he's legally required to do so then its a free and clear arrest. If they say "yes you are legally required to answer it" and they lie then he goes free.

  • This is the kind of guy I want to be on my side.

Thank goodness we'll both vote Ron Paul.

  • "We have to find out if you stole it" pricless..... Idiots are making policy

  • "We have to find out if you stole it" pricless.....

  • "we're going to find out if you stole it!"

Yep, because it's guilty until proven innocent in this country now.

  • fuck the TSA and their IGNORANT JACKASS employees. Welcome to tyranny and the police state this country is becoming. These power hungry losers never had an ounce of "power" or "control" in their whole lives and they do this to people. Sad

  • Where in the hell do they hire these jackasses? They sound like they have absolutely NO education, no training, no decent personal communication skills.

  • @MrRegCor

It is policy... and the assholes they hire.

  • There it is again, "if you have nothing to hide..." - what part of NO ILLEGAL SEARCH AND SEIZURE do these stormtroopers not freaking understand???

    4th Amendment:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

  • @LadyGreenEyes964 Please, the constitution has been dead for years. There is no 4th Amendment anymore, and US citizens no longer have any rights whatsoever.

Props the guy being interrogated though, he handled the situation really well. Personally I would have been locked up for assaulting these cunts to within an inch of their life.

  • @w0y1z92753 - On the second part, we agree. On the first, wrong. Just because some anti-American, anti-freedom jerks want to pretend it isn't there, that doesn't change anything, unless We the People allow it to. I would be very surprised if this sort of thing wasn't a big issue in the 2012 elections. Any candidate with half a brain would make it so.

  • @LadyGreenEyes964 And the patriot act doesn't fly in the face of the 4th amendment? Technically, yes it's there. However, the 'law' in general no longer acknowledges, nor abides by the 4th amendment.

Ron Paul may try to make an issue during the campaign, but most of the politicians are puppets and quite honestly could care less about this issue.

  • @w0y1z92753 - Abuse of the Patriot Act does. As for Ron Paul, he quit Congress. Don't see him doing anything at this stage. He could have made some difference in Congress, but he can't win the presidency. Sadly, too true of many politicians.

  • The agents are such assholes! This is a classic case of the police flexing "muscle" except that these are people that can not think for themselves! We're seeing this more and more everyday. You can see in our media, all the shows that encourage ignorance.

  • Is there a reason they won't answer HIS question?

  • Get a lawyer and sue the TSA and the police.

  • AWESOME!!! He asked if he was free to go! AWESOME!

  • @ljunkie - Didn't hear these thugs reading him his rights, either.

  • Listen to the radio, how they are profiling everyone and reporting against people. I feel so sad for you Americans. May God be with you, by the way...this is what happens when you hire a president who is against the rights of Israel and wanting to take their land from them, this is what God said would happen. I hope its not to late for you guys..

  • @MistyLove7

what the hell are you talking about??? against the rights of Israel??? Taking land away from them? Whom are we speaking about in Israel ... Palestinians, or Khazarian Jews? Last time I recently heard God sent a memo out to the world stating ... he wasn't against anybody, nor picking sides, and wasn't making any declared judgement calls on only a certain group of people! The U.S. sends 3 billion to 4 billion dollars to Israel every year! In this case ... GOD HELP THE U.S.!

  • Trains are going to be making a ton of business me thinks! Same with gas companies.

  • They that give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserves neither liberty or safety (Benjamin Franklin)

  • This is exactly what your founding fathers feared, the giving away of your liberties for security. War on terrorism is a hoax, a pretext for the erosion of civil liberties and for the wars without end. In Spain, millions all over the country have protested agaisnt their corrupt government demanding democratic rights. There will be more protests in Europe. And it will arrive in America. Is it just a conspiracy theory when I say you are losing your rights? Now you know! The conspiracies are real.

  • And don't you understand the hypocrisy! You can't question 9/11, you can't question Obama's birth certificate, you can't question the Federal Reserve, you can't question the government's ongoing illegal wars, you can't question the CIA's involvement in drug smuggling. But they can question you about anything because they know you have not the power or the will to stand for your rights which are being destroyed. You have no democracy to export. Until you've lost everything, maybe you will revolt?

  • @111RobinHood

... your comment reminds me of an old Bob Dylan tune..."A Hard Rain's gonna fall" and believe me it's just starting! How much longer until we stand up for and protect our rights?!

  • @jahellaspartan

Thats up to all of us as individual, free thinking human beings to just say "NO!!!"-The Hell with these Gestapo Bastards!!!

  • this guy they detained is awesome. a true american. everyone should be calm, courageous, and stand up in this manner to those trying to strip our rights away. if more people behaved like this, then they wouldn't get away with taking our personal freedoms and rights away.

  • @xsnowhitequeenx1 This guys they detained is a real HERO.

  • @snowonweb yes he is.

  • Why oh why the fuck would you freak out about money? Why? Why in the fuck? Why? Seriously? Can anyone fucking answer me? I thought about it for like an hour and couldn't think of a single god damned reason. If you're bad, put it in an account. They're easy to get .Visa gift cards. Bam. Do they check your account balance? And this fuck talking about doublespeak is a fucking moron. That term was popularized (or invented) in 1984. I want to find these people and talk to them. For real.

  • @tekproxy You are not getting the point. The TSA doesn't care about the money! It's deliberate harrassment in order to habituate citizens to the concept of having no rights. You Americans accepted the bogus war on terrorism not knowing that it would destroy your rights. Your constitution is being destroyed and that is what preserves your rights. When you Americans have lost everything, only then will you riot! All over Spain today, the people have protested against their corrupt government.

  • @111RobinHood It could be that every employee is in on the master plan, sure. That goes without saying.

  • Are those your clothes that you have on?

    - No, Officer. I stole these clothes from some random person i just beat to death in the men's room, is there a problem ?

  • So did these freaks get sued??

  • @promiseIsaih60 yes and TSA had a policy change saying the agents can't ask people about things like where they got money if it doesn't pertain to security issues

  • this guys is a dumb ass lol... question: "is it your money?" answer: "i don't understand the question?" it's a simple yes or no question, he never says yes or no. if i were that TSA officer i'd simply say, check it out your suspicious with all that cash and your attitude and you won't clearly answer the question, the police will be on their way to talk to you. TSA are supose to screen ppl not play 20 questions with ya, let the police handle that, they have detectives!

  • @pinamichael82: There is no requirement to answer the question.

Actually, the event played out like your "if i were that TSA officer". The police let him go since he wasn't doing anything illegal.

  • @Pafoofnik1 i knew he'd probably been release but the guy probably missed his flight cause of the TSA's and his own nonsense. he coulda gave a very simple answer and probably been let thru with only a few minutes of him time wasted. but yeah you shouldn't be hasselled to answer the TSA's questions unless of course your a threat to the people in the plane or in the airport.

  • @pinamichael82: agreed that he could have simply answered the question. I this case, however, it looks like the gentleman decided to exercise rights we all have. Some people, like him, and like me, don't put a time limit on exercising rights.

  • @Pafoofnik1 i hear ya, more power to ya. everyone has their rights and should exercise them. but i'm myo wn personal opinion the nail that sticks out too far get hammered. but i see where your coming from.

  • @pinamichael82

That doesn't make any sense. Just how was the money a threat to anyone on the plane???

  • @pinamichael82 actually it was those that detained him that were in the wrong. the officer was the one dodging the question as to whether under law he was forced to answer. in which case, no he wasn't, and they knew it, and were just trying to strong arm the guy. more people should know their rights and if they are detained they do NOT have to answer. just because some low-life goons on a power trip detain someone (illegally i might add) - one does not have to cave in to their demands.

  • HES PLAYING STUPID

  • HES SMART U CAN TELL HE KNOWS THE LAW BUT PLAYING DUMB ....HES BASICALLY MAKING THEM LOOK LIKE DUMB ASSES...HE NO EXACTLY WHAT HES DOING

  • SO YOUR RANDOMLY CHOSEN....MORE LIKE HARRASSMENT.....HOW DO THE DECIDE WHO THEY WANT TO PAt DOWN .....THEY ARE FULL OF SHIT

  • The answer is NO! it's rediculous how we are being harrased by our own GOV. officials and how we are letting them get away with how they are treating us!

  • A guy gets sweated for carrying a few Grand, but it's OK for Wells Fargo and other Large Banks to LAUNDER BILLIONS of Drug Cartel Money. The amazing thing is these guys don't understand what individual rights mean. I hope they are all bludgeoned to death when this broken empire finally comes crumbling down as it so deserves to do.

  • hahaha call the DEA then BITCH!!!
