If you look closely there are bats flying in the video and it does not look anything like them. Plus, I have never seen a bat run across a floor.

Straight after you see the creeper run and disappear left, you then see a small black thing "crawl" along the left wall and enter the second door on the left. ( 0:26 ) The second time you see the "creeper" it comes from the top right and floats down to the left of the screen before you see it running across the hallway from left to right....(0:35)
