You make a fair point about the less than appealing visuals. I'll assume that you're too young to know the 80s - when the videos were more about the music than the video. It was a new medium through which bands could gain an audience. The videos are nothing great, but the music is timeless.
@ggh7664 dude I am way over 40 years old, and there was allot of music that was made and later a video was made for it because of MTV. I was part of the whole new wave scene, dance clubs, the hair, all that.
@ggh7664 no way for you to know how old I am, but Yeah dude best music, 80's new wave and punk... the club scene in LA during the 80's was epic! the drugs, the girls, the music, the 80's movies that had that music in it...oh man!!! just the best stuff.
