No. Police from different countries cooperate with each other and if someone commits a crime in one country, he'll be catched in the other. Why do you think that in other European countries only criminals live? And in your country there are no murderers, thiefs, traffickers.... Bullshit! Schengen is the best idea of European Union. My country is full of gypsie criminals nowdays(they come from Romania) we can't even throw them out because they are EU citizens. If they are arrested they ask refugee place....lol.

@SOiser HA!! I was stopped for an hour at the swiss boarder and I'm european with a european passport and I was riding a european motorcycle. I had to take a 3 hour detour around the swiss boarders to get to Munich because of how long each boarder crossing was taking.
