well, he's a demon :P I found a live journal post about Kuroshitsuji and it really analysed the characters in some of the more outstanding episodes..I think they grew affectionate towards each other, maybe not love but..he did in one of the last eps of season 1 almost seem hurt that Ciel took him for granted..so yes..I would say he is evil towards people, but..he might have grown fond towards some.. but in the end..he would probably kill them to reach his goal o.O or ciels goal..
