I finally found out why I couldn't get these extensions to work. In order to get the extensions to work one must go to their WTF folder, open your account folder, then the saved variables folder. Delete all of the grid files in here to reset your grid prefrences. This was necessary for me to do for the extenssions in the above post to function, let alone grid function normally again. I hope this helps someone.
Yes, 7 healed. I dont think our dps is anything out of the ordinary. We used a very physical-centric raid comp.... Positioning the adds quickly and knowing when to aoe and when not to aoe will def effectively help the dps.

I assume its so I see JUST my renew(s) on grid and the option of a countdown for this spell to "renew" it. I haven't figured out to get it to work. I still see other priests' renews and no timer.
You cant spread the adds apart because 1) You need to stay on ice patches and 2) You need to have adds aside Anub so melee can use they Cleave effects to actually hit the adds down, and casters need to AoE adds down too... otherwise you may get overwhelmed by adds or if single targeted, then there wont be enough dps done on anub, making him enrage before timer runs out or you run out of ice patches... so yeah, not possible.
Is there any need for heavy block tanks on this fight?
At the moment my guild is telling tanks to stack block rating form old gear and such but Im sure that if you split the mobs they shouldn't hit that hard.
At this moment, yes there *is* a need to stack block. You cant meet the DPS requirements with more than 2 add tanks. These adds hit rather fast, rather hard, and an unblock'ed tank is going to take a fuckload of dmg that will destroy you in Phase 3 when combined with leeching swarm dmg. Our tanks are in a lot of Ulduar and Naxx block gear, and they lost a lot of stats because of it, but it's just how its done.
TBH the thing we had the hardest time with was the mages 'forgetting' they had ICE BLOCK :p
Making sure everyone knows exactly what to do is also a really big thing to over come. Felt like we tried 50 time a week for a year. Once you finally get it though, its like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders.
I agree, making sure everyone knows what to do is hard. Other fights/instances, you can muddle through with 2-3 people fucking around. But not this one. It has to be exact, so exact.
