I've owned both the regular Paradigm Monitor 9 series 2 and the Reference Studio 60 version 3s and I was mightily impressed with both. Paradigm has worked hard to earn a reputation for high performance at reasonable prices. I was especially impressed the Reference 60s. They were amazing sounding speakers with my Anthem amp and Rotel preamp. For the price, they offer excellent build quality, attractive looks and great sound. They are pretty easy to drive also.
@awsomecuber : Key difference for me is the tweeters. I love the super brightness of the paradigms. All the Klipsch i listened seemed like the tweeter were too muddy and trumpety. I am not familiar specifically with the hertiage line however...
@thegreatcb7 : If anything I would upgrade the center channel to the 11 especially if you are watching movies often. 9's are more than enough with a sub. 1 or 2 extra drivers for me doesnt justify the price increase.
very nice setup. next you should look into putting up some sort of sound diffusion system. gitting rid of the echo in your theater room will make a huge difference in the sound quality of music and movies.

I picked paradigm almost purely on the tweeters. I love a very bright high end and the thick mids. Some people find the tweeters are too high and harsh but i love it.
thats a polk sub? looks like my old one before i got a Klipsch sub-12.. i have the Phanom .v3's and they do sound real nice. 150$ off CL cannot beat that.... i really wnat to get paradigm all the way around and a better reciever. I have a Onkyo TX-SR705 and i want to get the SR-876.... i need to go somewhere where i can hear the speakers demoed to really get an idea of what im listeniung to
Is it Denon with AL24? Nice one :) I`ve got only 2308 but 28xx series looks realyy nice :) and the paradigm speakers are great :) my config - front monitor 7v5 / center cc-190 and surround atom v.6, subwoofer will be... some day :) / greetings :)
0.0 almost same amp as me! i think i got one step higher, and i got the monitor 11's with the 15" 600watt rms sub from paradigme. 4 monitor 11's 2 fronts 2 rears and the monitor 11 center.
