People who undergo chemotherapy lose their hair. The head shaving is a symbolic gesture to show solidarity with those who have unwillingly lost their hair. The $2000 we raised was donated to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation.

We gathered pledges for aproximately 2 months and raised $2000. It's the same concept as a walk-a-thon. Stephanie gave her hair to inspire others to give money.
