How did you get it to convert to video so cleanly?

When I export it as a video, I fiddle with the settings to set the video format to '32 bit color w/alpha', and select 'compress' and 'smooth' video, and 'maintain aspect ratio', click OK, set 'compression quality' to 100, and then I'm done.

In other words, I set everything to high quality.
