Ah man, too bad your girls weren't with you cause they would have loved to see that I'm sure. My kids love seeing "wild" animals, they just go nuts when a bird gets really close to us. I will sit in a parking lot and throw out pieces of hamburger bun if we are sitting somewhere eating so bird will come up to eat it and they love seeing them that close.
