@teresah1982 Nope, greaseproof paper is made with a different process. Freezer paper has a plastic coating on one side, which makes it temporarily stick when ironed. Greaseproof paper is usually made with something inside the paper itself that keeps it from absorbing grease.

where can you buy an exacter knife?

You can find them in hobby and craft store and at hardware/home improvement stores. I've even seen them at the supermarket!
