What about those [Pak, Iraq, Pal, Afg] people - how does caring about someone else deprive them? I think if we care about Sudanese people, we are more likely to care about them as well.

i wonder, if a group of children start receiving military training from, say age 6, and participate in real combat constantly. by the time they reach 18 and provide that they survive all those fighting, will they grow up to be the most elite soldiers?
