I haven't kept up with these guys but are they still christian? I heard the lead singer featured on a Stray From The Path song and he was like dropping an F bomb like crazy :/
@JayT851 Really? Norma Jean is the only metal band I listen to, so I don't know the first thing about metal. That's funny, I always thought the majority of metal bands/singers were Satanic, or at least for show.
Who puts a comment about country music on a metal video? And Norma jean is a Christian band. Unlike that crap your listening to, all that's about is getting drunk and partying. It's almost as bad as all that pop and rap music! But this, this is true music, this is as real as it gets. No lip syncing or autotune! Sorry that your confused on what good music is..

Yous guy needs ta be listenin to Alan Jackson, Justin Moore, Eric Church, Brantley Gilbert, and all the other country sensations. THIS CRAP you call music is a discrace, you are all stupid for listening to this landfill of tunes! I think whats these guys really meant in the fine jingle "robots 3 Humans 0" is wel all need to enjoy our lives drinkin beer on dirt raod like alan jackson.
@shemomos Please tell me good sir, how they aren't Christian. They are classified as Christian Metalcore. And how do robots and their score against humans relate to drinking beer on dirt roads? And if you are going to complain about this music, why look it up in the first place? Just sayin.
normm jean i hate u becse i promisd myself id ose my virginity taaaaaanic girl but instedi lost itto 5 dudes and their musical instruments.......sick band though ;)
When I first popped it in I was like aaaah, theyre fucking changing it all. But then in the middle it went back to the sorta of anti mother sound again. Its a pretty damn good cd, but I think redeemer will always be my favorite. This song is a pretty damn good song too.
I don't think their new on sucks but you are right when you say that their old albums are better. Their new album is just a lot harder so their is more screaming/growing witch is a big change from some of their other songs on their previous albums.
that's just the way some bands are. Like the devil wears prada. their music has no verses, no chorus, no bridge, no structure of any kind but they are still really good.
cmon aurora stretch your mind alittle bit. Obviously this song has structure but it doesnt go: intro verse chorus verse chorus bridge. Just because it doesnt follow the model that the suits came up with doesnt mean its bad
iti mean shure the lead singer is christen but listen to some of there other songs. he puts his relgion behind to follow his dreams. he doesnt rock for god like christen bands he rocks with him. lol it doesnt make much sence but yeah
lol those lyrics ARE christian, memphis will be laid to waste is about how people are christian 1 day and isnt the next, as if they pretend, plus they used to be christian until corey came along then it stopped, which is why the drummer left, this is from the top of my head dont quote me on it lol
The drummer's departure has nothing to do with Corey. In fact, nothing changed about the religious views of the band when Corey joined. Daniel Davison left because, although he was christian, there were some 'spiritual differences' he experienced with the other members. He left on his own accord, with no dispute for the band, because he felt he was out of place.
well wat they are sayin is that we are the reason jesus was put on for our sins and because of that we choose to follow him until everything (the world) is over.

Um, Norma Jean *is* a Christian band.
And I'm an Atheist. Religion shouldn't matter when it comes to who can or can't listen to music. I'll listen to whatever the hell I want!

@Dubyaist I'm a christian but i dont have problems with others religion. But religion is a big part of metal
