Well thanks for trying man, tried this about 3 times and every time I try to upload it, it fails. But I am glad it works for some people.

Have you tried using both Firefox and IE?

I havent tried IE. Its converting the audio to AVI with absolute perfection. But every time I try to upload it to youtube it fails. *Shrugs* I am giving it another trie on FireFix. If that doesnt work I will try IE. Thanks
