Saw one of these down in Nashville just before Christmas '11 and I was impressed though it looked a bit on the cheap side. The one I saw had "By GSC" plastered by every T/A emblem including embroidered on the seats which really took something away from it. It also wasn't as neatly done, both the Shaker Hood cutout/weatherstripping and the exhaust cutouts looked like they were done by kids in their backyard. Owner was super cool and said the company also makes a 70-72 Style kit as well.

With all the muscle cars making their comebacks, the Trans Am should not be ignored. Ah well, at least you guys in the States have muscle cars. Here in Holland we have VW Golfs, Prius and that kinda crap. "The greener the jollier." Well you could buy a Mustang but it would cost you $60,210 for the regular V6 and the gas price is $9,19 per gallon. One thing's for sure, when I finish law school I'm packing my shit and I'm moving the hell back to the States. God bless you all.

I just looked it up and in nearly 3 years the gas price has doubled ( January 2009 average was $1,85 due to the recession). Son of a gun, I still remember when I was 3-7 years old and lived in Massachusetts. My mom used to pay 20 bucks to fill up her Chrysler Plymouth Voyager.

This is amazing a buddy of mines has a 03 WS6 with the vet engine and it's heavily modded! I haven't really liked anything here here in Chicago else but this is a beauty! Im all about standing out and being noticed with my cars. I had a transformed Autobahn Olds Aurora 1st gen that had a custom kit that made it look like a Aston Martin. Thank you for posting for the real gear heads!

more than likely this car is runnin a ken bell, whether it is the 2.4 or 3.8 would deppened on how much power this car puts down. magna and ken bell work together to make the ken bell superchargers. with a ken bell 2.4 this car should put down 600rwhp without any other mods.

I still have a 1979 4 spd. TA, stored, w/23thou orig miles.4.9 l but a real Time Capsule, what motor did You have? I may sell it, 90% orig. I also have a 2002 SE NHRA TA 1 of 136 , built the last week of production. Purchased new 4/2003. It has the LS6 block from the factory, and is stock except for the RA hood and airbox. It has 11,000 orig miles on it, and is stored.Nice to see other TA lovers out there!
