I hate that all these recipes involve the microwave. Many apartments (especially in larger cities like LA) don't come with or have room for a microwave and I can't find a site that demonstrates what consistancy the cauliflower should be if you use a steamer or boil it. Very frustrating.
@genghisgirl-- Yeah if you have a steamer with a fine mesh in it you could steam this, You could also fry it or make it into a rice pilaf. If your steamer doesn't have a fine enough grid to keep everything in you could makshift a layer out of a strainer, or even out of a cloth would work.
Fantastic! could you do a video on how to make potatoes out of spinich! lol.

This rice is great when used for fried rice. And best of all loaded with fiber.
