its all down to personal preference people, depeding on what styles you will like, you will "better" prefer a producer who tailors to your taste....I love pete rock, DJ Premier and J Dilla and rate them as the greatest, but my personal fave is pete rock, not stating he is the best but his beats appeal to my preference the most...however, Damu the fudgemunk is prolly overtaking all of them for me right now as he make beats that are something out of this world for me (not saying he is better!)
