Yes. Religion, better spirituality (in-tune with God) is very personal, hard to explain to non believer's. It's done through God's word (Bible, lots of good advice, wisdom, useful as skilled preacher applies scriptues to our life today), prayer, worship, fellowship. Are there SIGNS? The affect I see in my life & others. Christians might have a gut/visceral feeling, experiance with the "Holy Spirit".
