This clip is only around 30 seconds and yet when I went back to look at the characters expression one by one in each viewing, it shows you could play this for a long time. Woody's expression when he gets shushed the first time, he just looks over and ignores him and then the second time he stands up straight, like "WTF is your problem?" And, if you look at Trixie, you can just see how badly she can't stay still. Try it and you'll see that every character is moving at least EVERY SECOND.
