Have to be in pretty good shape to do that kind of dance - like kung fu. Saw some moves in the dance that reminded me of some Capoeira moves. 0:11, 0:13, 0:16, 0:18. 0:06 reminds me of a yoga pose. Interesting.

Thanks. Yes, Lesole told me that he learned to dance like this growing up in South Africa. He's brought his talent to US and now he is teaching a new generation Gumboots and other forms of South African dance.
