I have to agree with narutosoraowns, the furry fandom is a very different breed of fandom than others. We take more beatings then others, yet we remain true to who we are. The furry fandom binds its players tighter than others simply because it's what is in our hearts, not just the liking of one another. That's why we're willing to defend complete stranger. I love being Furry and i'm proud of it.

I don't really see the point of "Furry Pride" anymore. Don't get me wrong I love the art. @4everWerewolf I have plenty of trolls on my ass all the time. But I don't turn around and say "Hey Fuck off! I'm proud to be a furry!" because I don't see anything to be proud of. We aren't a race with a history of abuse. We are an internet fandom. The abuse isn't real and bullying in general is more to my concern. I just ignore trolls because the reason they keep coming back is because you react like you do. (Speaking of all, not simply YOU in particular).

@ZizixZXC listen i just got back from work so heres some advice no matter what you are never be afraid to be who you are no matter what there will be others out there to help and give you support when you need it dont worry about wht others think do what you feel is right and makes you happy because if you show them fear then they have already won. be proud of what you are cause nobody can take that away from you.
im a furry and danm proud of it i had it rough but i eventually got through it.

Over my time on this earth, I’ve always been drawn to find a better understanding, a meaning. This video and the comments below gave me something… something that everyone here wants, but might be apprehensive to do.

Being a furry is difficult, especially in this overly xenophobic world. Being in high school, I know for a fact that if I ever revealed myself, I would become the new punching bag for every dipfuck redneck I am forced to deal with. But, I still help whoever I can whenever I can. And that will never change. Furry or not, I am still a person. And the haters can just deal with it.
