2:08 staircase up to the road is odd as rains might tend to flood the room. Or maybe that they had some kind of riser (long since disappeared) to keep water out.
Holes in bedrock - to anchor supports?
How deep does it go when you remove the dirt?
storage for food or water?
mortar?
if there's a hole in the side to allow air, possibly a small stove.
Rain is only occasionally an issue in Cyprus, and we suspect it have been that way since the Bronze Age.
I suspect you're right about the holes being used to anchor supports.... there's so many of them, I think there's a good chance that they were post-holes to support roofs.
Holes - hard to say in this video. There wasn't much sense of scale or depth.
