@sfiorare I've read 11110 with my own eyes, it does NOT phase out the silver-backed US note. It DOES authorize the treasury to print interest-free money. Hence the 1963 series silver certificates. Either you, or your source have got their facts wrong. That or this "Ph.D." is working for the bad guys.
