Angel had relationships with all the Snyder men. In soaps women have relationships with many members of a family. Look at Emily's record with men and their fathers and brothers.
Alice Haining as Angel was wonderful. I can't believe she didn't work more after ATWT. The growth, maturation, and healing of Angel was a beautiful storyline. And her love story with Seth was so organic, natural, and wonderful. Still brings tears to my eyes almost 20 years later. Thanks Douglas Marland for an amazing story!

The scenes with Angel and her family were so moving and so sad - and very real. Movies and plays sort of played out the theme of Angel's story (abuse and how it destroys an entire family) but this is the only story on soaps that really delved into the issue. And even here, it was not all happy - she and Jay were still estranged.
For me the only downsides were random people talking to Holden about his love for Lily (clunk clunk clunk) and that depressing scene where John tells Iva that Holden will never take Aaron from her. If only!!
Who was that woman talking with Emma and Debbie? Was that Ned's ex wife? I don't remember her. Who was that sitting w/Lisa? Why was Lisa so upset about Kirk/Ellie (was she even close to them)?
@Tigger97498 I know I was wondering that as well. Other than that, this was my favorite ATWT wedding ceremony of all-time. I love the understated nature of having it in Emma's parlor, and I always love how both the groom and the bride were dressed. And an April wedding that looked like an early spring wedding.
@Oakdalian I'm surprised they brought Josh back since he had a rocky relationship with Seth and barely knew Angel, but it's true to life, as we just assume they became closer offcamera.
