I closed chequing with rbc after they made illigal PAD transaction. I dealed with all big 5 canadian & rbc was crap.

RBC - Worst & Thieffbank

TD - Shady fees & fake tellers

Scotiabank - Below average service

BMO - OK bank, so far in 3 months having free bmo sobeys account no issues & havent paid i single nickel fee.

CIBC - They have better credit cards & they increased limits on everything.

RBC has the worst telephone customer service. In the span of 1 hour, I got transfered to about 10 different people because no one knew what they were talking about except 1 guy. It was "sorry, that isn't this department, let me put you through to the right department" then wait about 2 minutes, and then get either the same story from the next person, or get put back on hold and back to the beginning of the "for personal banking, press 3..." RBC = BULLSHIT, TD is better.

Hey I worked for these losers for three years. I can tell you that the RBC is rotten from the top down. Management is corrupt like you wouldn't believe. My manager told me that we can fuck with poor people all we want...he said "we practice on them". That gives you an idea of what youre dealing with at RBC.

RBC has internal corruption issues and they sue any one that reports it or discover it. they also use their mighty power to force good and strong lawyers to drop the case.

they are one of the worst banks i have ever dealt with
