nah, it has been 22 years since the accident. Most of the radiation doesnt last long due to decay of the isotopes.

Walking around there wont give you more radiation then a transatlantic flight or a xray scan.

The highest threat is in the closed rooms inside the reactor, thats why they put concrete all around the reactor.
