When Fernandes brought out the Brad Gillis signature model in the mid eighties, Gillis claimed that he finally had a reason to retire his old modified strat to studio use. I guess he wasn't kidding because that's one of those Fernandes Brad Gillis signature models he's playing there, you can tell by the lack of body wear, the fact that it has all black pickups (His strat has a dark red neck pickup) and that the logo on the headstock is too long to spell "Fender"
