How much voltage will you require to separate the gylcerin in, for example, a 10 ton batch and would it still be safe to use electrostatic separation even with the presence of methanol in the solution?

How are you current limiting the circuit? Sorry for such an obvious question, I'm not an electrical engineer by any mean.

BTW, I have my processor based on your design up and running and am amazed at the quality of the raw biodiesel coming from said reactor. The venturi is incredibly thorough in methoxide injection and mixing!
