I encourage all of you wanting to be a truck driver to get your CDL and hit the road. I was a OTR driver and now am a local driver.

I was gone for 6 weeks and home 7 days.... Not all OTR positions are like that.... It depends who you drive for....

Its truck drivers who keep America rolling forward. Everything you buy and bring home just remember it was on a loaded truck before it got to you.

I met the love of my life one night when his sister wouldn't say no. Of our four years together, he was on the road. The last time he came home, he had cancer and we lost him a year ago. I would love to learn the road, in honor of him. I don't think there is anything left here for me anymore. A walmart job. Whatever.
