  • @jvcrvb90 thanks buddy, really appreciate your support - really enjoyed your super 8 edit - keep it up x

  • this looked very professional but one thing to keep in note:

The dialogue by the woman was very repetitive..."What's going on?" but other than that, great editing, great build up to the climatic part, great cinematography and great actors! P.S. I didn't really understand the kid and how she was smiling but never scared.

  • Fantastic scenes... I am already a fan.

  • very good trailer, good acting, good editing. not super advanced cinematography, but for a sci-fi fast-paced style such as this, is perfect. Also very good suspense, the DVFx and the lighting work together describing what you are not seeing, which is refreshing for an independent sci-fi film and the sound is spot on! altogeher good job cant wait to see the film!

you going to use the 5d mark ii for the rest of the film?

you gutted as well bout final cut x?

  • @jzalexander thanks for the awesome feedback - it's brilliant to hear stuff like that :) So big thank you. We'll be shooting the feature on the Red Epic, which is rather exciting - what's up with FCX? We've been pretty busy here so arent actually up to date with the news, what's happening? Haha x

  • @REELOnlineFilmSchool good choice of camera! gonna completely blow this trailer out of the water! final cut have turned into a consumer editing program (like imovie), i think people have started to premier, hopefully apple make a comeback, but the damage could already have been done! good luck with filming dudes!

  • @jzalexander Haha, yeah that's the plan! We'll also be shooting on Panavision Anamorphics which will be beautiful...ahhhh...can't wait! Haha. Ah man, that situation with Final Cut doesnt sound good - we'll have to see how it all plays out, hopefully this is just a fad :S Thanks again buddy, great to hear from you x

  • check that, you are, and I can't wait

  • @thoughtsthroughsound haha thanks buddy :) It's great to have that kind of support, we'll keep you all updated on the progress x

  • shot this in 10 hours? please make a full movie

  • Looks so cool, the woman was annoying though, she shouldn't have to repeat lines.

I'll def be facebooking this though!

  • I like the music sounded similar to the dark knight......the cinematography was great, and the way it started with a guy running, clearly got me tensed..nice work.......

  • Frickin' awesome boys (as i've told you about ten times already!!), let's get this ball rolling and do the story justice!

  • Wow. Very Cool!

  • awesome piece of film making! Good job, keeping my eyes peeled for the feature & GOOD LUCK! all the best

  • Awesome concept short dudes :D though next time the woman definitely needs some variation in lines ^^;

  • Well done as usual, Gents. *VAME Stamp of Approval*

  • amazing.!!!!! have you guys ever had any experience with red cameras?

  • @harvey288 Thanks! We don't have any experience with Red, but we're going to be shooting the feature length on the Red Epic, so we will soon! Haha x

  • @REELOnlineFilmSchool wow!!! do tell me how is it like shooting with a RED camera.........

  • That's great guys this is amazing work such as with cinematography, lighting, and the acting is superb! Great job!

  • @Filmaker92 thanks buddy, best of luck with all your projects :) x

  • All fantastic (really was great!) Apart that woman who's lines were:

"What's going on?.... John?.... What's going on?.... What the Hell's going on?.... What's going on?..... John?.... What the Hell's going ON!?........ JOHN!"

It got to the point where I was like "Is she going to say what's going on perhaps?".....

    -"What's going on!?"

    "Yep."

  • That looks really awesome guys, great job!

  • that was totally awsome

  • Felt like I was watching this in the theater

  • This is really awesome!! What camcorder did you use for this?! It's amazing!!

  • @mirkojax2 Thank you! We used the Canon 5D to shoot this, it's a great camera. Unfortunately, it didn't handle strobing very well, so we had to add a lot in post. x

  • that was awesome

  • Hey, I'm a pretty tough critic and I go into viewing most things on youtube pretty skeptically, but that really looked great. Very well paced too. How much post color and lighting effects would you say you've done on it?

  • @vadimcream Firstly, thank you for your positive response - it really makes it worth while when you hear things like that :) Regarding post work - we colour graded it in FCP, so nothing too advanced; but we also added a few video filters to enhance the lighting effects :) Thanks again x

  • Awsome! Can't wait to see the movie!
