But what are you suppose to do if you don't have a sliding window. The building I live in. In LA doesn't have AC because it was built in 1912. I want to get a portable AC unit for the hot days here. But my windows are not sliding windows. They open out weird. How would I install it on that kind of window. Can I just hang the hose out the window and hope it cools with the window cracked open.

is this unit made with only an exhaust hose ? I really don't know why u would want to bring in hot outside air with the 2 hose kits I have seen on other videos why not just recirculate indoor room air ?? unless u want fresh air to vent the room
