bad ass shit but i ran 9.54 @157 with my street legal car at fontana CA i'm from compton CA but still alot of people don't know how much it takes to get there but still bad ass ride
help me understand what modifications were done to the block to hold such power with a stock block. 4 bolt splayed caps? etc. im building a 408 and want it to stay togther.
If I were you I would look at DART`s new SHP blocks not very expensive 4 bolt mains etc..and will withstand more than any modified stock block. I did not have that option back then so I put a main girdle on my old block and I did all the normal engine blueprinting (line honed the mains, bore and hone with torque plates, square deck the block balance my rotating assembly etc... All that machining cost plus the girdle cost so, just buy that new SHP block and have fun.
9.82 @ 144mph is my best motor pass on another video. Now add a 28pill in the fogger in a motor with a nos cam, 3.73 gears, 9.5" converter for nos WHAT DO YOU THINK THE CAR WILL RUN? NOT ONLY DID I RUN 8.95@156.9 BUT I DID THAT AT A TRACK IN QUEBEC CANADA THAT THEY DO NOT SPRAY GLUE PASS THE 60FOOT! NOW THAT IS IMPRESSIVE. AS FAR AS THE STOCK BLOCK IS THE TRUTH BUT I AM STEPPING IT UP TO A DART BLOCK THIS YEAR.I LOVE IT WHEN I HEAR COMMENTS LIKE LIAR,THAT PROVES TO ME HOW AHEAD OF YOU I AM!!!
then obviously you don't know what your talking about!!! SB fords can take a beating, and plus the guy say's he's switchin to a dart block, so you don't have to worry about this no more PEREZSTANG
There aren't too many hits on this video, which is too bad, you have built a great mustang. Very few street/strip can run in the 8's and you have done it without a blower or a turbo. Good job!
Stay tuned for season 2008 with my Dart block 427ci and my reworked TFS-R from my buddy Ned at Rolling Thunderz. This thing is going to run some sick numbers!
Our goal is 750hp-775hp on PUMP GAS on the motor!!! I am going to drive it to the track on pump gas and run low 9`s on the motor on drag radials thru mufflers. The car has a real stock suspension no tubs no coil overs!
nice car me and my dad just got done building our mustang we put a 410windsor in it we should be takking it out soon to get some track time.

you are full of shit theres no way that you are running with stock block and it doesnt look like 8 seconds,it will be more credible 9.90s but not 8s
