I agree with totally open as well. No secrecy or private storage of ballots before or during the counting.

A nation wide lawsuit called NCEL (National Clean Elections Lawsuit)is proposing this, and could use all the support and publicity it can get.

There are 150 plaintiffs, 3 for each state being sued.

there are three parameters which are very improtant,

#1. Paper Ballots

#2. HAND COUNTING

#3. Open counting. NO SECRECY IN THE COUNTING PROCESS!!!

It's not elctronic, paper or plastic. The real debate should be OPEN or SECRET balloting. I support OPEN balloting only. The cheaters have a greater chance of success in a secret ballot.
