@OkieJohn1950 no problems. Sometimes i get a little ahead of myself when Im trying to shoot material out on the spot. Thank you for the correction. I was a little confused when I didn't see a 4.7 in Arkansas when I looked. :P
@wildflower471 As far as I can tell the "New Madrid Fault" runs up the mississippi river which splits and follows the northern Kentucky border. This quake seems to be about 200 miles or so east of this
@consciousnessofone It seems to me that its focal point must have been somewhere near Russell springs or maybe a little further south like Lake Cumberland.

@6:47 I am located in south Kentucky at right about the same place where that dot is at 6:47. Was there supposed to be an Earthquake where the dot is, or in Western Kentucky?
Not to be critical, just a correction, the 4.7 you said was in Arkansas was actually in Alaska. Ar = Arkansas Ak = Alaska

@InvestigateTheLies ,
Good looking out at any rate!
We had an earthquake in Albany KY not long ago and that blew my mind as it is unheard-of earthquakes happening in this area.

@InvestigateTheLies ,
Thanks, Lake Cumberland is huge and runs through 3 states, but I get what you are saying.
At any rate, that is two earthquakes so far (that I know of) in my home state and that is enough to raise some flags.
Bet we can expect more.
H.A.A.R.P. NEEDS TO BE DIS-MANTLED IMMEDIATELY!!

Just to clarify , it may not be in my area.
The dot @6:47 where it appears to be touching the TENN border is near my area.
The dots at @0:50 and at 6:09 are not in my area

@consciousnessofone Going by Kentucky local time it would have been at 11:41 AM. Not sure if it is necessarily west or not.
Here is the general location : 35 km (21 miles) SE of Campbellsville, Kentucky
37 km (22 miles) W of Somerset, Kentucky
60 km (37 miles) SSW of Danville, Kentucky
115 km (71 miles) S of FRANKFORT, Kentucky
Not sure where you might be in correlation to those directions.
