Pretty good man. I'm an animator my self. You got the body acting down very well. Studio's would have like to see some dialogue animation. You're on your way to becoming a great animator! We're you in the Pixar class, cuz the chef rigs look familiar.

Thanks for comments. :) I'm working at Blur Studio right now as a character animator. (blur dot com). I used 3dsmax and a bit two animations with Maya. Software doesn't matter, though. :)

This great animation and character study. Now you need to write a very tight short story (3 to 5 min.) to use these characters in. If you're not a writer, then team-up with someone who is. I'd say you're 90% to being pro. If you create a short film that tells an interesting story you should get the notice you deserve.
