hey hey hey 3:36 onwards, you're destroying your voice. wrong technique, relying heavily on your throat, no support from diaphragm. 4:06 flat, I know you noticed that. i'm a fan, and you have a lot of potential. I suggest practice more on breathy songs with challenging notes, the likes of Toni Braxton's. Try to imitate how she enunciates the lyrics with large -almost breathy- voice. Hope that will further build up your vocal folds during the "big" parts of any song.
