i weigh 147 and im 18...my family is a bit bigger than i am and people notice that i don't obvious eat/live like them. i run three times a week, walk a few days, workout three or twice a week for a hour/ hour and a half focus more on upper body most of the time, i do abbs everynight just enough to get the burn and thats it, what i drink is mainly water/koolaid/and milk, i eat basically whatever i want but in portions...i keep myself slim by just staying active, you dont have to over do it
if your fat, eat healthy. be smart about it and dont be a dumbass lying around playing games, eatting fast food and chips the whole time. go outside, work out and you'll tone up and lose weight a lot faster than just eatting more healthy. talking in a video is one thing, but you have to actually do it.

When i say shit i dont mean eat 6or7 K calories but eat like 1500 calories more that day then your goal calorie consumption daily, this is a very good way to jump start your metabolism. I hope this helps because ive lost about 3-4 pounds a week since ive started! Keep up the good work wings!!! you can do it!!!!

I have been suffering terrible IBS for over a year after a bad reaction to a antibiotic I use to weigh 145 at my lowest i was 95 lbs now i am 105lbs. Wings look up antiangiogenic diets. Fat cells depend on angiogenesis, which is the process of our body producing capillaries and stuff to feed the cells. Certain foods have angiogenesis inhibitors which will help you lose weight. This is stuff like berries, peppers, fruits, etc. Congrats and good luck

Wings I would suggest, when you are healthy enough to do so, do some weight training. Weight training, although does not help heart health, burns more calories and fat than any type of aerobic training. Also, the gains you see in muscle and strength are significant and very motivating.
there is no excise if you want to lose weight, you will lose it. stop playing games and go to the gym! simple you have to sacrifice something to gain something.
It's like, I wake up late in the morning and get my ass to school and forget breakfast. And since I don't want to waist my money in the cafeteria I end up saving it. Then I get home at 4 pm and perhaps don't really have the energy to go make myself a sandwich so I postpone my meal until 5-7 pm which is kinda crazy when you think about it, that's 8 to 11 hours without food since I woke up.
But on the weekends i sometimes eat half the refrigerator.
support... my genetic makeup is terrible also... during the school week i eat once a day.... and maintain a steady weight, dinner is under 1000cal easy i'm taking in 1000-1750 cal a day during the school week, and i maintain the same weight. I also do pushups situps and curls/over head press, i've lost a little more with that and gained alot of muscle... also, this isn't my first time doing this, i did it during football 3-5hrs of practice a day dropped me to 270 currently 281-283.
@KineticOwl yeah well im 170 lbs and train muay thai and ju jitsu for an hour each 3-4 days a week and lift in between training days. Trust me, drop the breads, stick to whole grains but keep them to a minimum.
A structure is not that important. Most of the people that never got "over"weight eat only when they are hungry. Sounds easy ha? It isnt. When was the last time u were really hungry? Its a problem of our way of life that we always have something to eat in reach.

Wings I would suggest, when you are healthy enough to do so, do some weight training. Weight training, although does not help heart health, burns more calories and fat than any type of aerobic training. Also, the gains you see in muscle and strength are significant and very motivating.

I myself usually forget to eat sometimes.
It's like, I wake up late in the morning and get my ass to school and forget breakfast. And since I don't want to waist my money in the cafeteria I end up saving it. Then I get home at 4 pm and perhaps don't really have the energy to go make myself a sandwich so I postpone my meal until 5-7 pm which is kinda crazy when you think about it, that's 8 to 11 hours without food since I woke up.
But on the weekends i sometimes eat half the refrigerator.

support... my genetic makeup is terrible also... during the school week i eat once a day.... and maintain a steady weight, dinner is under 1000cal easy i'm taking in 1000-1750 cal a day during the school week, and i maintain the same weight. I also do pushups situps and curls/over head press, i've lost a little more with that and gained alot of muscle... also, this isn't my first time doing this, i did it during football 3-5hrs of practice a day dropped me to 270 currently 281-283.

@KineticOwl yeah well im 170 lbs and train muay thai and ju jitsu for an hour each 3-4 days a week and lift in between training days. Trust me, drop the breads, stick to whole grains but keep them to a minimum.

A structure is not that important. Most of the people that never got "over"weight eat only when they are hungry. Sounds easy ha? It isnt. When was the last time u were really hungry? Its a problem of our way of life that we always have something to eat in reach.

Healthy food and exercise.Thats all you need Wings,give up playstation and xbox for a few weeks/months and join a gym and get involved in sports,I guarantee you will lose a big amount of weight.
