it was an unlucky moment for the driver,he got surprised by the car getting on the road and with a little turning the car road throwed him to the other side and that's why pedestrians should not be on the road..
If there is any way to blame the pedestrian, drivers do. Maybe this is out of fear that speed limits. Drivers shouldn't worry about that. They ignore all road laws anyways.
From the Russian text, I assume this is Russia. The pedestrians were in the wrong place, at the wrong time. It shows that you really should not be waiting for the light on the road but on the sidewalk. Also, it took them exactly 1 minute to lift the car that was on top of the person. Terrible accident as the car lost control out of nowhere. My only guess is that he dropped something and accidently spun the wheel.
