I'd just like to point out that most English people in the area would go to Quesada to Don Carlos, and the Spanish would go to Los Palacios.

There isn't anything around this place to attract the sort of client's you are aiming at. Also it would be a season thing since in Winter and Autumn the place like always will be dead.

If you know the area,Don Carlos is full of underage kids,drug users or drunks looking for a fight.Hence the reason the police are there everynight.That custom they are welcome to thanks!

Los Palacios only have licences until 3am, unlike our 6am licence!

Charlie Jax is completely unique,in a great area and very cheap at the price! Good luck!

Well, you are right. It is full of underage kids, drug users you get everywhere though.

Bouncy castles wouldn't be a bad idea though :D

And about the license.. well, I see what you mean, people have to go to Guardamar if they want to continue.
