This achievement is pretty easy during Fiesta, because you can spawn with a shotgun fairly often, and you have unlimited ammo.

The shotgun on this map is kind of hard to see. It is leaned on a little ledge really awkwardly, so it looks like an assault rifle.

don't camp - keep moving like this guy - take advantage of your teammate's targets (especially if their shields are down/attention is off of you) and the big one - RETREAT! (let your shields recharge) People don't run away enough. You'll get it.
