Looks like a train from the 1950's to me.

Those rails looked a little rusty for such a huge speedy passenger train traveling at that speed. That train looked as if it were going approximately 70 mph. That's FAST and FURIOUS!!!

@TheMrgaztop For your kind information, the British left behind Steam Locomotivbes which were withdrawn from service about 15-20 years ago. All the development- electric locos, Alcos, EMDs, Speed upgrade, LHB coaches has been done after 1947.

All Our Engineers are Like a Clock their Duty is to Revolve around the Dials. They Dowanna Think of heir Own. i Was in In-Plant Training in a Loco Shed. They Have Places to Sleep Inside the Work Place. We are Wondering for 150KMPH. Japanese are Doing 517KMPH in Maglev. Pity On Us!! :(

To Be Honest No Express Train in Indian Railway is Permitted above 110 KMPH The Coach & Rail Capacity for Majority of Places is Limited to 110 KMPH. The Truth, is the Train Would Have Been Running Late Several Hours Behind the Scheduled Time, Inordered to Make Way for Trains Behind they Would have Crossed MPS. While Crossing Stations Especially in the Platforms Side the Pilots are Ordered to Whistle Continously & No Where this Speed is Legally Permitted.

Indian Railways has a maximum PERMISSIABLE speed of 160 between Tughlakabad and Agra despite of having locos like WAP-5 which is easily capable of 225 and WAP-7 which is capable of 180. But our current track condition doesn't allow us to go beyond 150. Wanna experience speed? Travel on New Delhi - Bhopal Shatabdi.

Only Agra Section Allows 160KMPH for Rajdhani's & DURONTO's. Haven't You Taken a Look at Whats Behind the Coaches?? The Coaches are Capable for 110KMPH & are Sealed Behind from their Respective Maintanence Yards. Only the Swiss Designed Low Weight Boggies Can Do 160 Not These. First U Learn Railways Even WAP-4 is Tested at 180KMPH

And WAP-4 was tested at 169 but has been limited to 130. Sorry if the previous comment was too offensive but I did not have words other than those after reading your comment.

It was some day in July 2004, when I was doing coaching here in Kota, I came along with my friend to watch Rajdhani express which comes here around 9 p.m, No sooner did we hear the faint rumble of the incoming beast, we made a dash to platform by crossing the small bridge(shown in beginn.),After enjoying the high speed action,we were scolded by SM for our careless attitude.Many happy and sad memories of my stay are associated with this station,which I frequented a lot.Thnx fr uploading.
