The best place for SJL is in Texas District #18. In the grand scheme of Texas politics, she's just the comic relief. She doesn't have much power to change anything by herself, and her constituents are all wrapped up into one district, instead of being spread across the current 32. Once Texas gains 4 more, SJL will have even less of a real impact on politics.
