  • watching all these clips.. and knowing that I grew up watching and loving these movies... it comes with no surprise that I'll so fucked up lol

  • In All Dogs Go to Heaven, I never even knew what place nor what all those evil monsters were until I visited it again and realized it what WAS.... I realized how dark it was soon... Oh well, Charlie deserved it anyway.

  • The first movie!!! I've been looking for that for I don't know how long!

    It was my childhood...

Fairies and rainbows all over it, but damn it's still uber scary!

  • #8 wtf?

  • The scene where the monster comes out of the machine in Ferngully always scared the shit out of me when I was a kid.

  • That clown haunts my dreams.

  • XD I think Hexxus made me scared of skeletons as a kid, and volcanoes...because he came from one. Lol...I am learning a lot now that I'm analyzing these movies as an adult. I've watched a lot of creepy movies since then that are actually of the creepy genre....it's interesting to see how my taste in genres changed.

Good videos! Thanks for sharing them!

  • I thought the scene from Prince of Egypt was well made.

  • Creepy/dark? you mean soporific

  • i have to say ferngully is one of my all time favs

  • @OMNISLASHER1000 And being a screaming maniacal goreophile who has a little too much fun with punctuation marks is SO mature...

  • @dracotheferret I like anime, not disney kid...go back too your nappies and your nursery...:) it seems thats what u want,so go for it,no ones holding you back, except maybe yourself holding yourself back from graduating too primary school...im in uni now when it comes too anime, your obviously still a child,or maybe the little mermaid reminds you of a better time! hahahahahaha!!! karas rocks!!! anime 1000,000,000,000,000-disney-0!!!

  • @OMNISLASHER1000 Not all anime is the greatest thing in the entire world and some of it is, to be frank, shitty as hell. Just becuase you have no appreciation for good western animation doesn't make someone who can appreciate it immature. If anything, you're being immature here for lashing out at the poster and myself for absolutely no reason. Kids like you make the internet a more hilarious place.

  • @OMNISLASHER1000

calm down you illiterate retarded virgin

  • @OMNISLASHER1000 i think he means specifically in western animation and that the point of this vid is to point out that we never noticed this as kids(or that we did and we blocked it out from our memories lol)

  • @OMNISLASHER1000 first off, you clearly didn't read the description. It says why there were no anime movies included, and if you'd bothered to read it you'd know that.

Second. You obviously didn't watch parts 2 and 3. If you had you'd have seen just how dark western animation can be. Stated in the description: 'this starts out weak'

And third... none of these are Disney. They aren't the only ones to make animated movies, you know. Part 2 has some Disney scenes, I believe, but 90% of it isn't.

  • @OMNISLASHER1000 read the description he says no anime because that would be too obvious ps i was trying to be nice then you went on my channel and acted like an asshole, fuckin' dick

  • Care Bears the movie should be on here.

  • I love the Ferngully scene...Just the fact that they used hands and human arms for the trees is really interesting...It's a subtle hint that humans invoked Hexxus and that we need to take care of nature! I love it!

  • 4:53-4:56 I saw this movie once, and now I get why this scene is pretty disturbing. I mean, really, they depicted the guy like an Aztec priest committing human sacrifice?

  • Chaaaaarlieeeee, you can never come back.... to Candy mountain!!!

    ...

sorry, that's wath I was hoping to hear at that part XD

  • That home appliance salesman sounds like Chris-chan. That alone is pretty creepy.

  • You should all go watch Plague Dogs. You will be messed up for weeks!

  • Meh, these are scary, but have you ever seen Akira?

  • you could of played just a few mre minutes after the blender

what can i say?i love that song!!

  • Those 10 scary scenes are like Swan Meat that I'm watching.

  • @eshakunamatata i was talking about he song after the blender

  • What song after the Blender?

  • @eshakunamatata 3:58 a song plays after that on the movie

  • Seen al besides Ferngully, haha

  • Im just going to facedesk now.

  • I lived for movies like this when i was a kid, i adore the creepy stuff :)

  • none of these are all that creepy. However, a few were pretty dark. I would suggest watching movies like The Plague Dogs, or Felidae if you want to get that horribly dark and uneasy feel in your animated movies. I just wish there were more.

  • @KaptainSparta Both of them are in the list in part two and three.

  • <3 prince of egypt

  • ok i cant help but laugh at 3:26 the way the hose comes up and from below his waits (i think) just seems so funny to me

  • @MrLolcatsXD lol

  • there are so many other animated movie scenes that far scarier and creepier than on this list. ;(.

  • these were supposed to be .... creepy?

  • @jenshu7 Watch part three. Felidae is #1. Its extremly creepy, yet cool.

  • @emowolfy88 it is not extremely creepy! i watched it when i was 11 .. and i loved it

  • I loved all of these movies as a kid.

  • Prince of Egypt and All dogs go to heaven. My huge favourites.

  • may I ask, W T F?!

  • Fun Fact: Jerry Rees, the director of Brave Little Toaster, went on to produce the videography for ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter at Disney World, considered by many to be the scariest theme park attraction ever devised.

  • that one brave little toaster scene made me stop eating Mc Donald's food from that day on.

  • Only the part with the Hexxus skeleton is kind of freaky in Ferngully. It's understandable. The clown nightmare in The Brave Little Toaster would have me close my eyes everytime. When I got older, I saw that after getting past the clown's face, nothing really happens.I saw the taking the blender apart scene to be serious instead of scary. The Prince of Egypt wasn't scary at all. I used to get freaked out by the All Dogs Go to Heaven nightmare but I'd still watch it.

  • @SirenSima None of those bothered me. In fact, Hexxus' transformation into his oily skeleton form was awesome. He's one of the greatest villains ever in an animated movie. :D

  • @StarFoxAutobot I don't remember being scared of Hexxus when I was small either. I'm just saying that perhaps my younger family members would get freaked out by him. I'm not sure.

  • Gah! I've never seen the Brave Little Toaster before, it doesn't seem to have been a widley watched thing in my country (England) but damn! That clown! "Run!" Hell yeah, see ya latter Pennywise! Ugh! That would have freaked the hell out of me as a kid!

  • @HaloBlack01 Love the IT reference :)

  • I loved all of thses but.. The first one can't be scary! It has the Batty Rap!!

  • hmmmmmmmm i always figured there would be more vacuum's in doggie hell.

  • sorry but how was ferngully disturbing?

  • @patrickwallmusic Good question, its not a very scary cartoon but I do remember finding it quite un-nerving when I was little. I suppose it depends what age you are.

  • I don't see how any of these gave people nightmares. I watched them all growing up and honestly was never scared of any of them.

  • poor blender D:

  • The 'All dogs go to Heaven' nightmare used to scare the hell out of me as a little child, now -even after watching Alien- I still find it disturbing.

  • holy shit when i paused the vid... i think youtube glitched cuz the red bar turned green and the buffering symbol was like all colorful like inverted colors colorful O_o

  • @JamastaEYIN maybe you - like most - are just watchin this video along with others of this nature whilst high?

  • @patrickwallmusic lol what?

  • @JamastaEYIN cus you said youtube had a major tripout, i was suggestin you may have been stoned :)

  • @patrickwallmusic lol na not even i'm above the influence man :D

  • 10, the scariest part of Ferngully for me when i was little was when Hexxus became a huge skeletal creature and 8 was pretty scary, still well made with the animation

  • I skipped through the first one because of Hexxus. He is the reason I am scared of Tim Curry TO THIS VERY DAY.

  • I like Brave Little Toaster as a kid but that scene was creepy.

  • i really enjoyed all 3 parts of thhis, thank you!! xx

  • That scene from the prince of Egypt made me the woman I am today.

Ever since that day I have been very mothering and I don't back down from anyone you want to mess with my children.. you just signed your death certificate.

  • @rainbowkim5 I would rape you while your children watched, then slaughter them in front of you.

  • @ohmanpompom Why don't you go and take a walk on a minefield? It might do good to you

  • @ohmanpompom

    and i'd watch!

  • @rainbowkim5 That threat you posted eleven months ago is a very good reason to keep people like you AWAY from youtube.

lets see how tough you really are once we meet face to face. you just signed your death certificate.

  • A firefighter clown?! Jesus Christ, no wonder I'm afraid of clowns now, that was creepy as hell...

  • What about the air conditioner scene? That was freaky.

  • The brave little toaster was a creepy movie.

  • the last one was the most horrifying

  • the exus fed on cows farts in ancient times?

  • at 3:51 actually made me jump! lol

  • That Prince of Egypt scene scared the shit out of me as a kid.

  • that baby thing in the prince of egypt clip was fucked up. seems like a really good movie though!

  • And so childhood fears, we meet again...Thanks for making this video

  • i fuckin h8 ferngully

  • As I was a little kid (long, long time ago) and I was watching this movies on TV this scenes really scares me like hell. But much more disturbing were movies like Watership Down or Plague Dogs and they don`t lost this effect

  • at 8:07 , when it says "Charley, you can never come back" , it sounds like the unicorns from Charley the Unicorn XD

  • @xYamimorix LOL IT DOES

  • V.V These older moives were so great so full of meaning and truth. Although when I saw half of these moives when I was younger I didn't understand it but now that I do I think they did very good work. -.- Unlike todays shit. DX I wanna go back in time when things were cool!!!

  • Poor little toaster :{

  • fern gully was pretty dark but fucking awesome. Theres some good morals there =3 look at cartoons today u_u fulla shit

  • ferngully omg for like 3 years i was trying to remember what this film was called

  • Dreams are messed up... This is my every night. Constant nightmares, always different...

  • This makes me want to go out and buy The Brave Little Toaster.

  • i miss movies like this but i wasn't really impressed by it that much srry ^^;

I'm just saying what i feel

but the movies in the 3rd part were pretty Creepy/Dark

  • i love the disney classics. back then disney had balls! now now they're the new pansy-flower-cutesy-boyband-pinky disney. whats with the media these days?

  • wow, poor blender

  • you remember that scene from the toy story 2 where woody was being sucked down by those toys in a toy box i thought that should of been in there somewhere cause i remember being so creeped out when i saw that

  • @flapjack6x You have no idea of how frightened I was in Toy Story 3 when all the toys seemingly are about to die DX DX DX

  • @coldplay109 oh i havent seen the new one yet but i want to

  • omg...i never noticed how ridiculously creepy the brave little toaster was

  • Glad I watched all these movies as a child...made me the perfectly normal adult I am today....yaaa

  • Thank you for giving us sleepless nights and hellish therapy bills, Don Bluth.

  • The guy looking for the blender motor sounds just like Christian Weston Chandler.

  • most of this stuff i remember seeing when i was younger but the thing was I never thought anything of it

  • The only one I remembered was the one from the Brave Little Toaster show. After watching the clip, I remember how confused I was when I was little and I watched it not knowing why the blender had to die. So cruel now that I understand it after having watched it, but I guess every good cartoon show has to be realistic and show scary stuff like that once in a while.

  • Ah, this brings back good old memories. how long has it been? :D

Wow, I never knew it'd look this creepy after looking at it again. O.O

  • I do not remember the Brave Little Toaster being that crazy!

  • Lol the clown with the fork and the hose.

  • The All Dogs Go to Heaven scene is my favorite. They really don't make animated family movies like this anymore these days.

  • I used to love all of these... Except Prince of Egypt. I seriously hated that movie.

  • So much from the Brave Little Toaster used to freak me the fuck out, the fireman/clown, the AC machine in the window, the green lamp, the dump-site magnet... It was all screwed up!

  • That one from the brave little toaster? I think i've found the origin of my coulrophobia. D: Seriously scary.

  • after elfin lied ill never be disturbed again

  • I never realized how creepy the scenes were before now haha

  • that was really.......well to me it wasn't impressing at all, sorry........im just being honest

  • You don't have to apologize for being yourself. Disagreeing respectfully should never be met with flame.

  • @Xiprix1 i agree

  • @Ssparrow1997 Go watch the Nostalgia Critics Nostalgic Mindfucks or Scariest Nostalgic Moments. Now that's something.

  • HEXXXXXXXXXAAAAAAAASSSSSSS

  • great selection, there are many disturbing movies, but these represent them quite nicely

  • I think one of the sequels to The Brave Little Toaster, the one with the animals, had parts that where pretty disturbing. I need to see it again. I think it was called The Brave Little Toaster To The Rescue or something like that.

  • Aha, I LOVE All Dogs Go to Heaven. My favorite animated movie and maybe even favorite movie in general. Thanks for the video-- Now I want to watch The Brave Little Toaster again!

  • You got a point there!

  • BRAVE LITTLE TOASTER REPRESENT

  • Oh what I would give to see some of these movies again! The only one I have is the Prince of Egypt. I remember the first time I watched it was because I didn't want to see a basketball game. Now that I look at these, some of them are very intriguing.

  • I remember the first one, Ferngully, it was one of my favorites as a kid.

  • oh man i HATED ferngully!!

  • i luved all of those movies :'D

  • Fern Gully :D

  • The clown reminds me of the Joker.

  • Scary-As-Shit-Clown: (teeth clenched) run...

    O_o

  • First of all I said "if", I bet you missed that in the message. Secondly, that warning was for the entire video (all 3 parts); this is only the first part of the video, not the entire thing. And finally, I have zero tolerance for insolent, insular minds made out of pure bullshit, incapable of civilized discussion--like yours. Blocked.

  • Oh noes! He killed the blender! That Prince Of egypt movie looks cool!

  • wow now i remember why the brave little toaster gave me nightmares when i was a kid

  • @xXzummiesXx yea the brave little toaster scared the shit out of me too

  • @xXzummiesXx i just watched it today. and it reminded me why i hate clowns.

  • number 7 seven freaked me out as a kid

  • omg that clown freaked me out and im not scared of clowns

  • I totally forgot about that brave little toaster one with the clown. Terrifying. D: not to mention the implied terror of the blender. damn. I never noticed that the first time through

  • Should have used the halloween theme music, it's way scarier.

  • 10. Ferngully was a good movie. I love Robin Williams. (the bat.) Hated the flaming skeleton. It's scary because I walked into the scene where he smiled at the viewers.

    9. This is why I hate clowns... The other scene was scary too.

    8. I watched this one too...The part I remember the most, "They were only slaves..." They're people too, damn it!

    7. I watched this movie recently...I nearly shit my pants. I forgot this scene...

    8.

  • #10 OSHI VOLDEMORT!

#9 The clown bit scared the everliving shit out of me when I was a kid along with a lot more of the movie!

#8 Amazing movie, I remember watching the heiroglyphics bit at the cinema and it was visually stunning!

    #7 Woah cool!

  • hands down. Prince Of Egypt wasn't really for kids

  • nope, scary scenes, and they wouldn't even get the meaning

  • Wow...Brave Little Toaster scared me when I was younger, but none of the rest of these did. Kind of odd that I never found any of these scenes disturbing when I was 5 but twelve years later I'm twitching...

  • Never seen it but now I wanna. But darn that was friking disturbing

  • I watched the prince of Egypt when I was a child and I was realy scared with the whole: 'trow the baby's in the river' thing.

I even had nightmares about it :o

    it still is pretty scary

  • Fern Gully!!!!

  • Fernggully and Prince of Egypt iiii loove

  • god dam forgot how good disney animation is.

  • Ferngully is definately one of my fave animated movies.

  • That prince of egypt scene made me cry and have nightmares for 3 days.

  • Holy jeez I know!!

  • Dude, they were freaking throwing babies to the alligators! DDD:

The Brave Little Toaster scene creeped me out, like how it made the mechanic look so twisted... *shudder*

  • *shuddershuddershudder*

  • Thats why I love cartoons, they where full of emotions, not like todays crap...

  • I remember the all dogs go to heaven scene scaring the hell out of me as a kid.

  • I agree, that clown scared the crap outta me. I love the fact that the prince of egypt is a damn-near literal interperetation of the Bible, and it IS creepy.

  • Wow... I remember seeing most of those as a kid.

    I do really recall that Fern Gully one creeping me out. >_>;

  • Oh, that clown has to be among the scariest animated characters of all time.
