  • I will consider to cut and mod the body to get more ground clearance.

  • Thats hawt BUT I have a few suggestions for you:

    1) keep the shell but switch to 18t arms/cvds because the wider stance will give you a LOT more stability offroad (of course you already have an EMAXX so maybe you don't want that - this is a AWESOME tamiya style rally)

    2) My #2 18T is rolling with level A arms for minimum binding in the drivetrain but on 1/10 scale wheels with M compound Rally tires (can send you link) and a 18R skyline shell and flys through the grass like you but TURNING FAST

  • First part I'm like 'Hey, cool, now I need a 1/16 rally body to hide my propulse under!'

Second part I'm like 'Holy balls, that's on grass!!'

But then... Waitaminute! You MADE your own _tires_?

(BTW Pro Line Street Meats do a hell of a job too)

  • yeah, proline bowties, cut read off and glued over stock tires. Also used 18B front tires all teh way around. THNX

  • Yeah I'd definitely hide that under an oversized rally body; It's gotta be ugly.

  • not as bad as you think the way I did it. its not hidden, its a normal RC18R body, comes stock on them, I just bought a clear one to paint for the hell of it

  • nice track and car.

  • 18R with aluminum shafts, lockouts and Mamba 6800 brushless on 1500mah 2 cell LiMG pack

  • sweet what setup do you have in there?
