It's about body composition, not (so much) about weight. Do yourself a favor, don't just weigh yourself, take your measurements as well. Your waist-to-hip ratio, arms, thighs and calves.
5-6 times running per week = not torture.. And it's quite stupid to just to cardio instead of cardio and strength training. I am at the verge of healthy&overweight, but my body fat percentage is lower then normal bodyfat percentage.
Who cares about how skinny or overweight someone is??? Go get healthy. "Healthy" means something different for every single body chemistry out there. You can't put a number on health. Don't be stupid. Go ask the millions suffering from eating disorders what they think!
The woman who did lots of running (and probably didn't eat enought protein, carbs etc to keep the muscle at original levels), will have low levels of visceral fat from the exercise, but may have a bit of subcutaneous fat which is not that harmful.
Most kids under 10 and babies are skinny-fat, thin frames but soft doughy baby hands and not much strength, but they are perfectly healthy.
Most at risk are the couch potatoes that eat non-nutritious food (but are still 'thin' through normal calories)
I don't think skinny fat people will ever be 'obese' but certainly 'overfat', although more important is the level of visceral fat, which is reduced by exercise. Adding lard to a scarecrow frame produces the skinny fat look and there are inactive and active (usually low resistance cardio) people with that physique. Weight training and fat loss produces the 'toned' look.

I also thought it really depended on where the fat was located. It's mainly dangarous when it's around the stomach.

What a surprise. A dumb medical doctor is behind the "research".
