Emulator. VisualBoyAdvance, to be specific. It's the best one, from my experience.

You don't have to play it on the internet to record it. I use a Gameboy PLayer (works with Gamecube) to do my Minish Cap walkthrough. You can then use a dazzle (or other recording device) to record it.  It ends up with better quality that way.

@GaaNaruItaDei I know your post is a year old, but since you own the game, emulators are fair game. You can have a copied version of a game legally if you have the actual game.
